Do you know where your meat comes from?
This year, we’re excited to make our homegrown beef available for purchase. Farmer Sam raises the black angus beef cattle right here at Brookfield Farms. He breeds the heifers, delivers the calves, then raises the cattle until their full-grown! The cattle are grass-fed, and when they reach a certain weight, we work with a local butcher to process the meat.
When you buy the meat at the pumpkin patch this fall, it will be frozen and vacuum sealed to preserve freshness on your drive home!
